    The UK Company's success is based on the dedication of their people and the safe and easy- to- use product portfolio which combines technical innovation with significant progress in the development of Electrosurgery and more recently Imaging.

    In order to support the growth business in the field of Surgery (electrosurgery, advanced energy and imaging), Interventional Pulmonology and Endoscopy (Gastroenterology) our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and maintain our existing accounts in South East area (encompassing Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex) whilst seeking out opportunities to expand our install base into prospective new accounts.

    You will be located in UK (home based), live on territory, with requirement to travel as required on a minimum 4 days in the field per week.

    Responsibilities:

    • You have experience in creating, implementing, and reviewing territory business plans.
    • You will have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets including revenue targets and activity measures.
    • You will have experience in the field sales and/or application of medical devices or similar products, working with Surgical Key Opinion leaders in the hospitals.
    • You will have ideally already been in contact with surgeons or clinicians in the three main disciplines mentioned and have supported clinical trials/demonstrations.
    • You have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously through a structured approach.
    • You will hold a high degree of resilience and the ability to bounce back from setbacks.
    • You are pragmatic, proactive, problem-solving and inventive whilst also being open to prudent risk taking to drive the business forward.
    • You have excellent time management, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, especially with consultants/academics/ Key Opinion Leaders and will have experience in project management.
    • You are fluent in English and an excellent communicator on all levels.

    • Benefits – OTE Commission £20,000, contributory pension, 25 days annual leave, company car or car allowance, private health insurance (upon successful probation sign off)
