Are you a property solicitor interested in taking the next step in your career and working for one of the largest commercial property teams in NI and get involved in some of Northern Irelands largest and most complex commercial property deals? My client is growing and recruiting multiple roles and so can consider property solicitors from NQ to 5 years PQE and they will consider technically strong residential property solicitors keen to retrain into commercial property.

This role is based in the firms Belfast office but they have a hybrid working policy.

The Role

You will get the opportunity to get involved and to lead on all aspects of real estate transactions to include high value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and the creation of a wide range of investments.

You will get the opportunity to work for a broad range of clients to include landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, commercial landlord and tenant clients.

Ideally you will meet the following criteria

Qualified Solicitor
Due to multiple roles there is scope to recruit from NQ to 5 years PQE
Previous experience of working in property either residential (0 to 3 years PQE) and some exposure to high value real estate transactions at a more senior level
Technically strong lawyer with very strong legal drafting skills
Collaborative approach with ability to work well as part of a cohesive team
