Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, driven individual with the strong communication skills to support marketing for the Wescom Group, covering a wide variety of tasks, across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to be involved in the full range of marketing disciplines, across a diverse range of products and markets for survival solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the marketing team to source content for our internal and external newsletters, support the management of the contacts databases and delivery of newsletters.
Assist with the creation, updating and distribution of product datasheets, points of sale, display boards, advertising, branded material, demonstration products.
Help ensure web, social and telephone enquiries are passed to the appropriate department in a timely fashion.
Helping to maintain a central depository of the latest marketing collateral, images, brands assets, PowerPoints, event assets.
Work with the marketing leads to coordinate ordering, delivery and tracking of event support materials for our network of channel partners and reps, including dummies, pop ups, graphics, collateral, and the corporate gifts.
Work with the digital lead to maintain the Wescom Groups diverse range of websites and social media platforms.
Support the marketing team on the logistics and delivery of the Wescom Groups global exhibition calendar, including on occasion attending and supporting the stand management on national and international exhibitions.
Help coordinate timely response to marketing request forms for events, business cards, collateral updates, website updates etc.
Help ensure marketing invoices are paid in a timely manner and assist with the allocation to appropriate business unit.
Work with marketing leads in the allocation and delivery of projects to agreed times lines.
