Personnel Selection are looking to recruit a Company Secretary / Trustee support administrator.


This initially will be a temp role to cover the next three to four months, working mínimal and quite random hours each week hours weekly, this will mainly be a remote position working from home via zoom.


Main duties would be:

  • Take and write up Trustee Board meetings
  • Prepare admin and support recruitment of new trustees
  • Work with trustees and team to plan this year's AGM in September
  • Provide Admin support at the AGM
Ideally will have your own laptop as this is a part time role.


Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bognor Regis: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
