We are recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
Undertaking a variety of responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
Actively dealing with tenant issues and complaints in a positive and effective manner
Repairing or renewing doors
Sourcing and fitting various different locks (i.e. sash, mortise, night latch, euro cylinders, etc.)
Kitchen repairs, including worktop replacement, unit replacement, kick boards, and basic sheet flooring.
Replacing rotten floorboards, joist repairs, etc.
Bathroom installations or repairing/replacing any component within toilets, sinks, and baths.
Repairing or replacing tiles, patch plastering and decorating.


Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry OR Plumbing
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic Criminal Record Check
