Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:


  • Producing layouts & detailed drawings
  • Producing material schedules in line with tender allowances
  • Raise any variation works on the project to the commercial team.
  • Coordination for own projects.
  • Carry out site measurements, surveys and assessment of our clients requirements
  • Attend design team meeting as required
  • Review project specifications, providing technical layouts, details and estimates in support of tendering and quotation activities
  • Identify and meet client requirements and expectations
  • Deliver strong performance to sustain effective client relationships
  • Creation of accurate technical documentation
  • Evaluate, organise and prioritise work within the overall project schedule and client requirements
  • Project management duties

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Ability to understand and meet the needs of customers (both internal and external)
  • Display effective organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines(both internal and external)
  • Experience within the roofing and cladding / façade sector.
