    Element has an opportunity for a Field based Asbestos Analyst / Surveyor to join our growing team based from Stockport.

    Our Asbestos teams are experts in their field of conducting Asbestos Surveys, Analytical Services, Asbestos Management and Air Testing as well as many other environmental services.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a challenging asbestos environment.
    Provides technical and legislative knowledge , and supports client and business requirements for asbestos surveying and asbestos management
    Is accountable for the accurate and timely release of data and certification to clients including technical review as acceptable but will be expected to propose guidance for review in non-routine situations
    Provides input and support on business development opportunities with new and existing customers
    Able to lead asbestos survey work up to industrial refurbishment and demolition surveys competently and without significant guidance or supervision
    Experience in both air testing and 4 stage clearances
    Proven experience working on large, complex industrial surveys and large complex asbestos enclosures (both air monitoring support and 4SC works)
    Proven experience of technical review of asbestos reports and air monitoring documentation
    Flexible attitude with a willingness to travel and stay away from home in remote locations as required
    Full UK driving licence is essential as regular travel will be required
