    Are you looking for a Reception/ Front of House opportunity within a professional services firm / corporate environment? Would you like to develop your career within a growing business with great working culture and people?


    An exciting opportunity for a presentable and experienced Corporate Receptionist to support our client, a Private Investment Bank based in the heart of the City of London.

    This role is great if you like working with people and providing a great service to both internal and external client This is an Initial contract position with a view to go longer term/perm, paying up to £38,000pa, working Mon-Fri in the office.


    Working with other Receptionists, your duties will include:
    Acting as first point of contact to the business in person and via telephone

    Greeting clients and visitors, offering refreshments

    Regular checks of meeting rooms (20+) and client facing areas

    Managing meeting room booking system

    Preparing meeting rooms for meetings and conferences

    Managing e-mail queries

    Update relevant data and information onto in house systems


    Dealing with all relevant administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the reception area You will be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic and the ability to work under pressure whilst still delivering to the highest standard.

    We are looking for an individual who is client facing, organised and diligent with a resilient, professional, willing and 'can-do' attitude.
