    Role: Director of Operations & Growth

    Essential background: High Scale leadership and led 100+

    Looking to make real impact and work closely with the C-Suite inside a Tech4Good company?

    A HealthTech client of mine is looking for a very senior Leader to help grow its entire Operations function after a very successful PE funding round of £200 million.

    This role has a heavy growth element to it, they are market leaders in their particular discipline and are looking for a very experienced Operational Director to lead their current function of 100, with far more hires to come.

    It is essential for individual's applying for this role to have experience leading huge teams in very high scale environments. This individual should come from Tech focused businesses and worked closely alongside Engineering functions to build and scale their products.
