Senior Ruby Developer - Remote/London - £85k

I am currently working with a Fintech Company that is looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team, their product allows companies to process R&D claims faster and smoother, with 100% success rate today and with an ever-growing client pool, theyhave been going for over 5 years now and have made a huge impact on this space.

They work in an agile environment with regular unit tests, and pride themselves on quality clean code, they are heavy on Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL and Rspec.

There will be the opportunity to progress with in this role as they look to expand theirteam.

You will have the freedom to introduce new technologies as they have flexibility around their stack, you will also have influence on solutions where your input will be valued.

There is a lot of variety in this role so it's definitely not a place where youwill get pigeon-holed.

They have explored a very niche area of the market so their products are in high demand with this forecast to continue to increase.

In this role you will be responsible for the mentorship of more Junior Developers and ensuring the development and maintenance kept to a high standard, you will also get the opportunity to progress with the company at they continue to expand and you willplay a key part in this.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £85k plus a bonus scheme, pension scheme, private healthcare, 25 days holiday which increases 1 day per year and yourbirthday off, remote-working with flexible working hours.
