    • We are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 3 Lead – Science, with exceptional subject knowledge, to continue to inspire, shape and steer the team and curriculum in the right direction.

      We are looking for an innovative and strategic thinker with vision and ideas who leads by example and someone who believes in research-informed strategies to accelerate progress and maximise our students' outcomes.

    Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022.

    The staff at Avanti Fields School are passionate about our school and are relentlessly focused on improving the achievement and opportunities for all our students.

    Lead and manage the phase team to provide high-quality learning for all children within a secure, happy and caring environment.

    Liaise effectively with the senior leadership team (SLT) to ensure consistency of approach in teaching and learning and the highest quality of education for all its pupils.

    Qualified to bachelor's degree level in relevant subject or allied subject
