Recruitment Consultant Level 3


Working hours:9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay:
£14,000 - £15,000 per annum

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Market Research
  • Administration Support


As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in recruitment and gain valuable experience in the charity sector.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and build a foundation for a successful career in recruitment.


Person specification

  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in the charity sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment principles or a strong desire to develop recruitment skills.

Eligibility

  • To not already hold an recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
  • To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
