Head of Identity and Access Management (IDAM)The Weir Group

Key aspects of the service will be:
- Operational management of Azure AD across a number of Weir Domains
- Effective operational management of account and subscription provision
- Access to and provision of 3rd line services across Weir's O365 Tenant
- Provision of effective DNS, DHCP and IP address management services

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management of a diverse set of technical experts covering all aspects of an IDAM capability
- Establish and operate an integrated set of Identity Management capabilities providing an agreed set of identity services to the Network, Infrastructure, End user Services and Digital teams
- Establish key operational reporting against a defined set of KPI's for all aspects of the service
- Establish and maintain a clear set of access rules and operational guidelines for all aspects of the solution.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following capabilities:
- DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
- Active Directory (on prem and cloud based)
- Microsoft O365 services
- Access Control mechanisms (SAML, SSO, RBAC)
- At least 10 years' experience delivering and operating IT services within a complex corporate environment
- At least 5 years' experience deploying and operating Identity Management solutions
- Agile development/delivery frameworks and techniques
