Customer service coordinator / Northampton,/ Salary up to £22,700 per annum / permanent

You will need:


  • Experience as a customer service coordinator (ideally within manufacturing).
  • Strong Customer service skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer calls and log customer breakdowns on internal systems.
  • Prioritise allocate and distribute work to field service engineers.
  • Organise service schedules.
  • Liaise with the parts department regarding back orders for external jobs.
  • Prepare repair quotations as estimates.
