    Your Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo supervise the testing and analysis work on battery, eMotor, internal combustion engine and vehicle projects. To plan and supervise build and test activitiesTo analyse test results, prepare technical reports and create test plansTo design parts for development testingTo support the preparation of engineering program quotationsResponsible for the quality of the test data, results analysis, and reportingResponsible for the adhering to or seeking deviation for the development proceduresResponsible for feeding back test results to the internal and external customer in a timely manner QualificationsA BEng in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering is essentialHigher degree in relevant area is desirableMembership of a Professional Body is desirable Your Skills & StrengthsExperience of engineering preferably gained within an automotive environmentAbility to read, understand and interpret engineering drawingsGood data analysis skillsKnowledge of automotive electrification technologies (eMotors and Batteries)Experience with AVL Converto, MATLAB and MS OfficeKnowledge and working experience of quality systems and procedures is advantageousFamiliarisation with instrumentation techniques and hardware would be an advantage CompetenciesConfidence to communicate effectively at all levelsMust be self-motivated and possess the drive to complete tasks in a timely manner and with appropriate attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and to strict time constraintsFlexibility and willingness to travel to customer sites
