About The Role
Morrison Energy Services is currently looking to recruit a
Stakeholder Lead to work on our
SP Energy Networks contract in
Bellshill, Scotland.


As the
Stakeholder Lead you will be part of our Service Delivery Team who are responsible for ensuring Morrison Energy Services are identifying, aligning and supporting our client and their customers supporting delivery of the contract Strategy and key objectives
.


This contract is responsible for the delivery of the Scottish Power Framework Contract throughout Ayrshire, Central & Fife, Dumfries, Edinburgh, Borders, Lanarkshire, and Dumfries.

Our objective is to manage and deliver a safe and quality service to SP Energy Network and to develop a relationship which enables sustained growth within this key client.


We are looking for a highly motivated
Stakeholder Lead with a professional approach who can devise solutions to complex problems and challenges.

Excellent customer service skills, along with strong communication and negotiating skills.


Duties & responsibilities for the Stakeholder Lead role**:

  • Developing and maintaining our Stakeholder Management Plan
  • Ensuring our stakeholder plan is implemented effectively and that key stakeholder needs are understood
  • Respond appropriately to client customer complaints including high profile complaints
  • Respond appropriately to MES customer enquiries and complaints
  • Investigate and liaise with our claims support team where customer and 3rd party claims have been received
  • Working closely with the planning teams, front line managers, and traffic management providers to create customer notifications for planned works
  • Deliver face to face liaison with customers where and when required
  • Compiling monthly and quarterly reports for customer complaints and enquires
  • Confidently create and carry out employee briefings communicating the importance of customer communication with our teams
  • Attending daily and weekly client meetings

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:


  • Experience in a customer service, stakeholder liaison or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven report writing skills
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including numerical skills and have the flexibility to work efficiently, both as part of a team, and individually
  • Highly Developed personal organisation skills encompassing a high degree of accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Training will be given however experience working within Utilities, Civil Engineering or Construction would be advantageous
