CCM Motorcycles is a manufacturer of prestige motorcycles and a British heritage brand renowned for innovative design and unique product offerings.

The company was originally founded in Bolton in 1970 and has recently been acquired by a team with the vision and means to transform it into a world-renowned company and centre of excellence for motorcycle design and manufacture.

We are looking for a quality-conscious, flexible, and hands-on assembler to join our production team.

Using hand tools to produce high-quality, British-built motorcycles with one of the most successful and exciting brands in the naked motorcycle market today.

Key Responsibilities:_
Assembling motorcycles at workstations on a flow line
Electrical cable work
Assembling components to engineering drawings
Use of handheld tools.
Ensure a high standard of professionalism is maintained and that customer care is foremost
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and Health and Safety practice
Contribute to the development of systems and improvement in working practices and processes
Be fully familiar and conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times.
Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.

Skills, experience, and personal attributes:

Working with hand tools efficiently and safely
Show respect when working with components, taking great care to handle stock responsibly.
Punctual
Adept at exercising good judgment whilst being constrained by tight deadlines
Able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks within the cycle time, including inprocess checks
Work well within a team
Good problemsolving skills
Ability to show a consistently high level of build quality
Willing and able to learn all assembly operations to produce a motorcycle
Leading from the front to set the highest standards of performance, safety, and housekeeping
Be highly organised and disciplined in ways of working in a fastpaced environment
Have great attention to detail
Selfmotivated and achieves under pressure
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
The forklift truck license would be beneficial

£10.42 per hour

The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am till 17.00 pm
