We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to provide day to day support to our students in our Plymouth properties.

If you have exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to service with the ability to multitask this is the opportunity foryou.


The Customer Service Advisor will report to the Assistant Scheme Manager/Scheme Manager and will provide administrative support to them as well as other members of the management team as necessary.

They will also provide front of house support to students,contractors and visitors and be the initial point of contact for any queries.


Main duties will include:

  • Distributing post and managing student parcel pick up system
  • Front of house and reception duties
  • Preparing written correspondence as requested by other members of management team
  • Receiving student payments / Arrears management
  • Preparing arrival packs for new residents
  • Publishing and distributing signage for notice boards around scheme
  • Checking returned licence acceptances ensuring all relevant documents have been received
  • Sales / Perform room viewings for potential new residents

  • IT & systems literate, use of IT systems to provide/monitor data within the property reporting systems
