Anderson Knight is working with a growing Financial Services business to appoint a Digital Learning Designer for either their office in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
This is a full time, permanent position with a fantastic business who have a forward thinking culture.The purpose of this role is liaise with stakeholders to ascertain the learning requirements in to order to design and deliver appropriate learning solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the auditing of the Learning management system insuring all content remains accurate and relevant
- You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis, design, creation and evaluation of digital learning content
- Working closely with stakeholders to design learning solutions in line with any requirements
- You will be required to test training materials and digital learning content on the learning system
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business to agree on a collaborative approach and collectively shape learning needs.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of processes, standards, strategy and skills across the business in order to proactively and knowledgably support people development.
- You will be required to promote a culture of learning, ensuring the businesses values are reflected in everything you do.
- You will be required to keep up to date with external industry knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to other L&D activities, demonstrating flexibility to support the team as required in design and delivery of additional learning initiatives.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual or group training sessions, as and when required.
Qualifications, skills & knowledge:
- You will have previous experience of creating digital content.
- You will be highly competent in using digital learning authoring tools.
- You will have previous experience in designing a learning platform to support required and selfguided learning is highly desirable
- L&D consultancy experience is highly advantageous
- You will have excellent Microsoft office experience
- Formal Learning and Development qualification is highly desirable
- You will have the ability to understand and explain complex processes

£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
