Description

The Early Intervention Officer will be responsible for a comprehensive assessment of new customer's financial situations, exploring options of maximising their income in partnership with other teams or agencies; with a view to the customer sustaining the tenancy long-term.


  • Identify high risk tenancies linked to debt and financial exclusion
  • Be able to carry out basic budgeting advice, completing Income & Expenditures
  • Understand the impact of UC on tenants & perspective new customers.
  • Have excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise with internal teams and external agencies where appropriate.
  • Is target driven, whilst keeping the customer at the fore
  • To carry out home visits where required
  • Be proactive and have a 'can do' approach
  • Hold a full driving licence

Salary:
Up to £29,781.00 per year
