    The Company

    Our prestigious client are part of an international banking group which helps companies to expand their business capabilities by offering tailored leasing and finance solutions.

    Their expert teams' partner with equipment vendors that are looking to grow their sales, and businesses that require outsourcing services for assets within a number of key markets including technology, IT, Telecoms, automotive, heavy plant and agricultural equipment.

    They are a European leader in leasing, backed by the stability of an international banking group. This is a hybrid working position once trained. 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

    Responsibilities Portfolio administration within a team of specialists responsible for optimising the remarketing performance of assets returned at end of lease or repossessed and sold through our network of remarketing partners.

    Key Activities · Proficient administration and support within a fast moving financial services environment · Maintenance and reporting of remarketing, stock, and sales data, including KPIs, SLAs and partner reporting · Development of collaborative working relationships and internal teams · Provision of support to the Remarketing Manager · Management/Building of client relationships and negotiation (no cold sales) Your Experience · Ideally 12 months of experience within financial services or a commercial client services environment but we will consider people from call centre and operational backgrounds · MS Office intermediate proficiency or above · Effective communication skills · High level of organisational skills · Commercial awareness demonstrated in a similar setting Additional Responsibilities Any other ad-hoc duties as required by my Line Manager.

    Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines, and the internal control framework established to guide the operation of their function in addition to regulatory compliance requirements The Environment You will be working in a busy, open plan office.

    Normal working hours are 8.45 to 17.15 Monday
    • Friday; however, we operate on a shift system from 8.
    00 to 18.00 each day. Additional hours will be required on an ad-hoc basis. Dress code is business casual.
