Working from our Corby office

Up to £27,000 per annum + benefits

Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Site Operations Support Coordinator, reporting to the Site Operations Support Manager.

You will be directly responsible for overseeing:
authorisations, approvals, audits and Evolution/Fusion.


What you'll be doing.

  • Liaising with customers at senior and operational levels;
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met;
  • Allocate daily tasks to team;
  • Promote and lead the health, safety and welfare of all colleagues within the department;
  • Responsible for the inbound / outbound movements of vehicles, authorisation and approvals, ensuring part and labour pricing are correct;
  • Undertake daily reports by deadline;
  • Assist in managing SLAs and KPIs;
  • Develop and drive our 'Customer First' approach to communication, building excellent relationships at all levels;
  • Maintain open communication with the internal and external customers as required;
  • Create, initiate and monitor new procedures so customer expectations can not only be met but also exceeded;
  • Assist in the implementation of the Company's Strategy;
  • Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required;
  • Be active in the development and integration of ISO.

Who you are.

  • A good communicator;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to organise work effectively;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Word and Excel packages;
  • Ability to compile reports;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Selfmanaged and motivated.
