Pt Time Team Support Administrator
Nr Wallingford
£12-15 per hour
Our client is a design company with a global reputation.
As part of the growth of their business back into locations across the globe, they are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source a Pt Time Administrator to work 3 days per week in their offices.
The role will involve a wide range of duties, including researching hotels, booking hotels, arranging transport to and from hotels, answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and requests for information, preparation of itineraries, general office andevent support including everything from preparing meeting rooms for meetings, ordering lunch, and tidying up the store room.
As well as that you will need:
- Good MS Office skills particularly Word Excel and Outlook
- Detail conscious, responsible and proactive
- Good business communications both in person and in writing
- Good organisational skills and able to prioritise own work load
- To be a great people person with professional phone manner
- To be a flexible helpful person who is ready to pitch in as required.
