    Major Healthcare, a leading recruitment company, is collaborating with our client to find a dedicated Children's Residential Service Operations Manager.

    This role is crucial in establishing exceptional children's residential homes in Uxbridge and Plumstead, ensuring the highest standards of care.

    Position Overview As a vital part of the team, the Children's Residential Service Operations Manager will lead the setup and daily operations of our client's new residential homes.

    We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in establishing new homes, financial acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of OFSTED regulations.

    Key Responsibilities Lead the establishment of residential homes, overseeing setup processes.
    Develop operational policies ensuring high-quality care for children.
    Manage finances, including budgeting and resource allocation.
    Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards, prioritizing quality and safeguarding.
    Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive working environment.
    Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies.
    Implement systems for data collection, reporting, and evaluation.
    Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in setting up and managing residential children's homes.
    Strong financial acumen with effective budget management.
    In-depth understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Relevant qualifications in social work, childcare, or a related field

    Benefits Salary Range:
    £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (Negotiable for the right candidate)
    Hybrid working model and flexible hours.
