• Saturday 9:30 18:30, Sunday 12:00 18:00Broad Purpose of JobDrake's is looking for a result driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties.

From serving customers in store to the highest standards, to generating leads and closing sales.

We are looking for an individual who is able to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesAble to collect client data and build your own customer networkBe driven to take customers on a journey, retain over multiple store visits and our websiteDealing with telephone, email and video call enquiriesReplenishing stockCommunicating with office staff for arranging requested stock for customersMaking sure all appropriate product is out on the shop floor and correctly displayedMaking sure all product is correctly priced and has a barcodeEnsure any tailoring needed is done so in a correct and timely manner and communicated to the tailor in a clear and concise wayMaking sure Drake's VM standards are being adhered toMaking sure the shop floor is clean, replenished and ready to receive guestsAssist in quarterly stock takesAny other reasonable task as and when required
