    Ticker has built a next generation motor insurer, leveraging connected car data and data science across every aspect of the business, including pricing, underwriting, customer engagement and claims.

    The motor insurance landscape is set for a major shift and the battleground will be won or lost in the next five years.

    It will all come down to pricing sophistication and the most efficient use of machine learning and artificial intelligence across the whole value chain.

    The business includes a first-class executive team with a proven track record in building successful Insurtech's and running some of the largest insurers in the UK.

    We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager.

    You'll be working in a modern, cloud-native environment, on one of the key customer experience touchpoints for our connected insurance products.

    We use the best cloud-native, serverless technologies to help us focus on delivering features and value, rather than infrastructure.

    You'll be an essential part of putting the customer's data at their fingertips. Leading a squad(s), maintaining and improving velocity, team health and productivity, running standard agile ceremonies.
    Supporting the Product Owner in defining and refining the backlog and sprint planning
    Team building – A scalable approach to on-boarding new team members and spinning up new squads. Ensuring group consensus and adherence to our change and delivery processes.

    Agile ceremonies - Run team/squad retro's, stand-up's, sprint planning sessions, regular software demo's, business-wide Go See sessions and Show and Tells to Product Owners, who can make decisions based on features, feature parity and releasability of software.

    As an ambassador for knowledge sharing, ensuring that team members are exposed to different services to both upskill and mitigate key person dependencies.

    Experience in running multi-skilled teams, including product owners, business analysts, engineers and testers.
    As well as performance related changes and people impact.

    Work with governance and management tools, to bring transparent real-time analysis and monitoring of both delivery times, product progress and technical debt, but also including squad performance considering both tangible and non-tangible outcomes.

    Unblock the squad, and escalate to Tribe Leads significant issues, which require Tribe or Exec support to unblock, you are an impediment remover.

    Demonstrate in governance ceremonies the impact external factors are having on the squad(s), e.g. changing priorities or poor software.
    Champion quality and performance of people, including building and maintaining high performing teams, considering squad health and output.

    Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
    Experience in running multi-skilled teams, inc product owners, business analysts, engineers and testers

    Working software is a priority, over meetings and documentation.
    Certified in Scrum techniques, and Large-Scale Enterprise Scrum at Scale (LESS)
