A brilliant opportunity for a top Graduate to work as a Software Developer for an incredibly exciting start-up in Cambridge, which is making technological advances and solutions to support the world of hybrid and remote working. Location: Cambridge, UK – hybrid working

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + equity in the business

Requirements for Graduate Software Developer

• Exceptional academics throughout including 1st class honours or high 2.1 degree from a top university in Computer Science or a subject with high Computer Science content
• Minimum of AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
• Must be able to code competently in any main language i.e. C++ / Java / Python / JavaScript or C# – but with a keen willingness to learn new languages
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Absolute willingness to learn, with a proactive nature in asking questions to expand the knowledge base
• Natural ability to quickly pick up and learn new technologies
• Any experience in Golang, Docker, CI/CD or Kotlin would be beneficial
• Ideally, you'll have a GitHub and/or examples of personal programming projects
• Ideally, you will have experience in internships in software development

Responsibilities for Graduate Software Developer

• Develop software solutions
• Ensure well-designed, easily maintainable, and tested code
• Participate in code reviews
• Design technical solutions
• Support in designing architectures
• Presenting technical ideas to the team
