Key Responsibilities

Have sound knowledge of the EYFS
To manage your room and staff based in your room, ensuring the highest possible standards
To be aware of all policies and procedures
To plan and organise activities in line with the EYFS
Supporting your key children's growth and development
To conduct 121's with staff in your room
To work closely with parents/carers to keep them updated on their children's progress
To provide effective management of the Pre-School Room and be a role model to both children and staff
To be friendly and approachable
