Job Summary:


Services:

• The company is contracted to install highend ceramic, stone, and marble wall and floor coverings

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Chiefly responsible for developing and implementing high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with shortterm and longterm objectives
• Winning key clients and projects through a committed focus to building enduring relationships in order to continually expand the company's client base
• Overseeing all operations and business activities, ensuring desired results are produced and are consistent with the overall company strategy and mission
• Full P&L responsibility with accountability for driving topline revenue growth
• Ensuring that the management team is working cohesively, whilst making sure that employees are trained and that the business is operating efficiently
• Contributing to ongoing product/service development ideas, innovation, and improvements

Key Skills and Experience:


Essential:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Director, or other Senior Managerial position within construction or real estate development (or related industry)
• Experience within sales, business development, and/or commercial strategy
• Demonstrable experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visions
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical skills and problemsolving abilities
