    An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a well established and supportive vocational rehabilitation team providing work rehabilitation across Lothian.

    We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist to join our Vocational Rehabilitation Service as Team Lead. You will be coming to work in conjunction with a job share partner Band 7 Occupational Therapist to support a team of 6 staff with the operational and professional running of the service. Support from a Head OT and Consultant OT in VR is readily available.

    Varied clinical experience, including managing mental health conditions is desirable and vocational rehabilitation training and support will be provided to the candidate as required.

    You should have excellent communication skills as well as strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills. Evidence of developing clinical services and staff is essential.

    Working pattern can be flexible in conjunction with the other Band 7 team lead in post.
