Responsibilities

• Carry out physical and online surveys to assess the quantity, extent, and composition of items requiring transportation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific relocation preferences and needs.
• Provide accurate and fair prices for removal services.
• Coordinate and organize each removal project in partnership with the operations team.
• Ensure compliance of goods transportation with relevant laws and regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of surveys, quotations, and client communication.
• Consistently improve customer satisfaction and service quality levels with the team.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the removal industry is highly desirable.
• Solid grasp of relocation logistics, packing procedures, and transport restrictions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in estimating the size of removal projects.
• Strong organizational skills and successful multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in using computer software for quoting and record-keeping.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
