This role will work across the North West London Mental Health Partnership Programme (NWL MHPP) and the NL ED Collaborative, an exciting and new approach to delivering mental health care.
Our team is made up of clinicians and managers, and responsible for four key programmes:- The North London Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative, which is responsible for transforming specialist eating disorder services in North London (inpatient, outpatient, day programme and liaison services)
- The North West London Partnership programme, which supports the redesign of mental health placements, including rehabilitation services and longer term bedded support
- The design and development of the North West London Perinatal provider Collaborative, which is responsible for transforming specialist perinatal across North West London by taking a whole pathway view.
- A CYP digital offer for North West London, provided by Kooth and contract managed by the NWL MHPP
Each work area is a partnership with other Mental Health Trusts, based on the principles of transforming care to be more preventative, patient led and closer to home.
NWL MHPP is one of the first programmes of its kind to progress this work and the team is therefore fast paced, driven and dynamic.
This post will support and help deliver critical programmes for this major transformation initiative in mental health and Learning Disabilities.

- Provide consistently highquality administrative support by:
- Supporting the consolidation, quality checking and analysis of complex data sets
- Taking minutes, organising meetings (and large events), tracking actions from those meetings and following up on the delivery of work
- Providing some diary management support
- Support and maintain effective relationships with our stakeholders
- Lead discrete projects, with support from others in the team
- Draft reports, business cases and other documents, including carrying out their own research where required
- Coordinate financial management functions including raising purchase orders, managing invoices and liaison with the finance team.
NWL Mental Health Partnership Programme, NL Eating Disorder Collaborative and the Perinatal Provider Collaborative are one of the first collaboratives of their kind, therefore this work and the team is are fast paced, driven and dynamic.
We are looking for enthusiastic, high performing individual who can work in complex spaces to drive change and deliver results.
You will work with senior managers, clinicians and experts by experience within a Mental Health Trust to support their work and help drive our programme.
