An excellent opportunity for a Membership Development Manager to join o ne of the leading global professional membership bodies in the science, engineering, and technologysectors.

The Membership Development Manager (MDM) focusses on the development of our current and future membership pipeline. Supporting university and employer leads
Supporting affiliated local societies and the conference team with membership outreach activity
Advising individual candidates on routes to membership through face to face and online clinics
Maintaining and delivering workshop content for candidates preparing to sit professional review
Developing the mentor community
Providing support to boards and committees including secretariat duties for the student and early career committee
Supporting the accreditation of University courses and company training schemes
Administration and IT skills including setting up and hosting online content

Ability to travel across the country either by public transport or own vehicle

Ability to work flexibly to accommodate evening meetings

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines

Commercial awareness

Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering
Excellent communication and project management skills
