    THIS ROLE IS BASED IN NEWCASTLE

    Are you a strong people person, the kind clients just feel comfortable and confident leaving in charge of their media planning and buying? Someone who is always proactive and tries to stay ahead of their client's needs so that they are constantly seeking to organise the people in our agency to meet them?

    Over the next three years OMG will be building a 170 person operation in Newcastle. Our vision is for that to be a diverse agency community made up of a range of skills and specialisms, working side-by-side with our colleagues in London and Manchester to deliver outstanding marketing and communications solutions to our clients.

    Central to that vision is the establishment of a client leadership team. The team that owns the relationship with our clients, connects them to our specialists and ensures that we consistently innovate and deliver outstanding results through the campaigns we plan.

    The Business Director will report into the Head of Client Leadership and take responsibility for the operational deployment and management of the rest of the team. You will lead relationships with both mid and senior level client stakeholders, direct the planning and activation of campaigns, support new business pitches and take the lead on the most important client deliverables ensuring the day-to-delivery of work by the team is consistently of the highest standard.
