To support the Director of Park Services in the smooth operation of the Business Park supporting all aspects to day-to-day activities including but not limited to, general maintenance oversight, working environment, onsite parking, site security and access arrangements, contractor/tenant liaison, health & safety compliance, and departmental administration.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include (this list is not exhaustive):- Ensuring contractors onsite have authority to work and have provided the correct health and safety documentation to commence work. Recording any keys and swipe cards as allocated in conjunction with Maxim Management Team
- To work under the instruction of Maxim Management Team to liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure all works are carried out in a safe manner whilst minimising impact to tenants and other park users, advising tenants and ensuring site protocols are adhered too
- Logging reactive jobs on eLogbook's system for authorisation by Director of Park Services and monitoring status of jobs raised keeping manager appraised of issues or concerns arising
- Supporting Health & Safety duties as appropriate in line with knowledge and experience to include fire drills for tenants and maintaining compliance records for input onto Meridian system in conjunction with Maxim Management Team
- To support existing and new tenants in terms of providing site information and ensure they understand site arrangements whilst keeping key contact information distribution lists and site information up to date
- Ensuring all defective equipment or issues identified are brought to the attention of the Maxim Management Team and support any required remedial action

- To assist with set up and support delivery of large events as part of the Maxim Management Team working with Community and Sustainability Coordinator
- Promoting a positive image of the Maxim Team in daytoday duties and activities
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- First Aid at work qualification desirable
- Experience working within a Facilities/Reception environment
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- A 'can do' attitude using own initiative

£14,536.79-£18,000.00 per year
