Head Chef at Salford Community Stadium We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Head Chef with Heathcote & Co, at Salford Community Stadium.

As a Head Chef you will be confident, organised and have the determination to succeed in a fast paced and challenging environment.

The role involves busy function services as well as match days. Large scale banqueting experience to a high culinary standard is essential, while stadium operation experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure that quality standards are achieved and maintained and cost targets are achieved.
Ensure the Health & Safety Policy is adhered to at all times, in accordance with current legislation.
Manage stock rotation in all store rooms, fridges and freezers to ensure effective control of food wastage.
Maintain standards of food quality in relation to taste, presentation, and service.

Ensure kitchen is maintained and cleaned to a hygienic standard at all times through the implementation and adherence to cleaning schedules.

Be committed to and promote continual personal professional development, achieved by internal and external training and development.
Coach and monitor team members providing support to encourage succession opportunities on site and in other areas of the company
Contribute to the success of the organisation by meeting the company's aims and objectives
Administration skills are essential; Ordering Stock, Creating Rotas etc.

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent, 40-hours contract

£40,000.00 per year
