    Logistics Administrator - Day shift - Mon - Friday

    Bordon - East Hampshire [near Guilford]

    £25k + Bens + Fabulous modern working environment


    Strive Supply chain have been exclusively retained to work with an international supplier of non-food FMCG items to the retail sector.

    Our role is to source an experienced stock / logistics administrator / order processor who has excellent IT skills, is used to working in a fast-paced environment &accuracy in data reporting / organisation.


    Key Site Stats:
    Warehouse size approx. 150k sq ft.

    Currently in the middle of moving from a manually driven operation to a heavily automated site over the next 12 months.

    Headcount of c50 on site across all functions.

    An Average of 150 pallets inbound pallets per day

    6000 active SKU's

    Automation systems include SAP, mobile bar coding, digital data collection to automate warehouse transactions, KNAPP, Linde & others.


    Role Summary:


    To ensure goods out for National customers are processed, completed with specific requirements, and have left the warehouse on time.

    Processing and reviewing stock from quotes entered by the National Sales team

    Stock transfers and scheduling from both internal and external warehouses

    Ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner meeting customer due dates

    Stock reconciliation – shortage / overage investigation

    Managing external rework projects with 3rd party providers

    Booking deliveries via external portals and time management systems

    Assisting with item set up, confirming rework quantities, providing images to sales teams, confirming packaging requirements and costings

    Providing forecasted demand for stock

    Spare parts requests – processing of orders

    Samples orders – entry and expediting

    Produce delivery paperwork and customs documentation

    Complete regular open order books with updates dates for restock

    Liaising with Purchasing and Inventory with stock coming into the business

    Manage bookings in of goods out

    Arrange courier collections of goods out

    Ensuring SAP is update with accurate POD's

    Verifying courier invoices for payment

    Packaging maintenance and ordering.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience


    • Strong Organizational and numeracy skills
    • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
    • Able to multitask and adapt to changing demands and priorities
    • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel) and SAP (not essential)
    • Good team player with experience of a busy working environment
    • Ability to forward plan
    • An ability to interpret customer requirements into practical solutions
