    IT AdministratorLocation: Bridgend (onsite 5 days per week)

    Salary:
    £27,000 - £30,000 per annumOur client, one of the UK's leading sports goods companies, is looking to hire an IT and Web Administrator to help manage internal IT systems and web operations. You will work for a growing global fast-moving consumer goods company in Bridgend. The company is very successful, family-owned and will offer great learning and training experiences.
    You will manage internal users in Wales and Kenya in this hands-on role. Duties include PC/Laptop support, networking PCs, cabling patching as well as helping with web application support.

    The IT Administrator will have excellent communication skills and be confident carrying out onsite face-to-face ticket resolution, would be a keen problem solver and will be someone proactive in their work.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day hands-on management of the business IT issues.
    IT support to a user base of 70 across the UK and remote sites.
    Help manage telephony, hardware and application issues.
    Manage 3rd party vendor IT and telephony relationships.
    Management and maintenance of the E-commerce platforms.
    Work with the marketing and digital teams to make web amends/changes on websites/applications.
    Technical ResponsibilitiesOffice 365 administration with the use of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    Administration and maintaining business-critical systems and services.
    Managing telephony, comms and setup of internal networks.
    WordPress knowledge experience (text/image editing, no custom coding required).Management and maintenance of Linnworks order processing system.
    Maintaining Warehouse systems and devices.

    Essential SkillsExperience as an IT Administrator, experience in an IT support capacity or a recent IT graduate with a desire to work on general IT and web operations.

    Technical understanding and experience of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) including supporting Microsoft desktops/servers.
    Understanding of Windows server systems and IT infrastructure.
    Understanding and experience of basic WordPress admin (or similar CMS)

    Good knowledge or a keenness to learn E-commerce-based platforms.
    Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
    Proven business acumen and resilience.
    This role will suitAn IT person who is happy to be 100% hands-on in managing user-based issues.

    Someone who has worked in an internal IT Support role and overseen and maintained a company's computer infrastructure and technology systems.

    An individual with great basic skills with the aptitude and diligence to learn quickly and progress.
    Someone willing to work in an office 5 days a week offering invaluable IT support.
