Fluency in Italian is essential


LOCATION:
Manchester


SALARY:
c. £26,000 pa starting salary

Our client is a leading international exporter in the fashion industry.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive international team as an Italian speaking Account Manager.

Your main role will be to offer full B2B support to distributors and customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Promote products and educate Italian speaking distributors and customers as to the benefits
  • Train customers and key endusers on products
  • Learn about the market, channel and competitors
  • Provide an excellent level of support and service
  • Attend trade shows and open days including digital events in order to promote and represent the company and products

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in Italian is essential
  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and excellent team player

SALARY
c. £26,000 pa plus benefits
