Team Challenge Company is a leading corporate team building and entertainment company based in Scotland, delivering high caliber events of various sizes to corporate customers throughout the UK.


We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and engaging Sales & Events Coordinator to join our growing team of event professionals on a part time basis, and to work with our business as one of the leading corporate team building and event management companies operating throughout the UK and Ireland.


Based in our Headquarters offices in Lochgelly, this role will primarily focus on the taking of incoming enquiries and working with our prospective clients to co-ordinate all elements of their journey through the sales process, helping to create event packages that will convert these enquiries through to confirmed events.

Tasks will include; Answering incoming enquiries via telephone and web submission, working with clients to understand their needs and requirements, designing specific event packages that will cater to client requirements, building a relationship with clients via follow up contact, managing the existing enquiries within our database to help move them through to contract stage, liaising with our Operations Team and Event Managers on all elements of the confirmed event so as to deliver exactly on client expectation.

Creating client proposals, managing of event schedules, upkeep of event diaries, writing up client contracts, supporting the organisation of daily event logistics and operation tasks, attending events where appropriate, among many other exciting and engaging requirements.


This is a co-ordinator level role, initially for maternity cover of 9 months but with the potential to be a permanent role in the future - the position is offered on a part-time basis over 3-4 days per week, with a starting salary of in the region of £21,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro-rata).
