Electrician, £32,000 - £36,00 per annum + benefits
We require an Electrician from a Facilities management background to carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across various commercial premises including high street retail, hospitality, and offices.
Our client is offering the Electrician:
- £32,000
- £36,000 per annum + overtime
- Company Van, Fuel Card, and Travel Time paid at 1.5x
- Tools
- An excellent pension scheme
- 40 hour working week, Monday Friday
- On call/ standby twice per year + £100 standby allowance paid door to door
Key responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Identifying and repairing any electrical faults to lighting and power
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance and repairs, including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Offer high level of customer service including general building maintenance when required.
The successful Electrician Requires:_- _Recognised apprenticeship/SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation_
- 17th or 18th Edition qualified
- Previous experience working within facilities management
- Testing and inspection experience or qualifications preferrable however not necessary.
