With a strong track record of success and ambitious growth plans and very strong Private Equity backing, we are seeking a talented Group Finance Director to join our leadership team and drive financial excellence across the organization.

    Position Overview: As the Group Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the continued financial health and growth of the organization. Reporting directly to the GCFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the company and drive impactful change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and enhance shareholder value.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
    • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to optimize financial resources and support operational efficiency.
    • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
    • Provide financial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate potential acquisitions and support post-acquisition integration efforts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualified Accountant
    • Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior finance role within a professional services environment, preferably private equity-backed company.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration, is highly desirable.
