We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our social housing maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various plumbing tasks and have experience working within the social housing sector. This is a multi-skilled role where you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.

Conducting routine maintenance checks and repairs in social housing properties.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing solutions promptly.
Responding to emergency call-outs as required.
Proven experience as a plumber, preferably within social housing or a similar setting.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
Full driving license.
