Roberson Bell is working with a large social housing organisation based in London to recruit a Service Charge Officer on a 6-9 Month contract.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Dealing with service charge queries from tenants and resolving them on a timely basis.
Working out estimates and actuals.
Communicating with internal colleagues such as the home ownership team to ensure transactions are correct.

The right person for the role will have:

Previous experience within service charge ideally within a social housing setting.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be a confident user of MS Excel.
