Role - **Service Coordinator
Salary** - £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Location - Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Do you have experience within Customer Service or Customer facing roles, looking for your next opportunity ?

What will you be doing as a Service Coordinator?:

Planning and Scheduling Engineer diaries
Achieving daily booking targets
Increasing Engineer's productivity, whilst minimising non chargeable time
Dealing with customer issues
Raising Subcontract orders
Working with the Support and Reactive Teams
Working to strict timelines in a busy environment
Working within Company's Health & Safety guidelines at all times
Experience using Service Management Systems
IT Skills: Microsoft Office (strong experience in Excel)
Ability to meet deadlines
Customer Service Skills
Resolving issues efficiently
Working under pressure
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Easy transport routes from;Oxford, Headington, Abingdon, Newbury, Wantage, Benson, Didcot, Stadhampton, Kingston Bagpuize, Chilton, Witney
