    As one of the UK's fastest growing MSPs, we're on the lookout for an Account Director to join our growing team looking after a number of our Manufacturing+Utilities

    Location: Home-based with occasional travel to office

    Salary: Competitive base + bonus + benefits

    Job Type: Permanent

    The role

    You will be responsible for leading from the front in driving sales engagement across the Nasstar portfolio with existing clients. To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable track record of continuous overachievement of objectives and have proven knowledge and experience in the development of business cases and in complex multi-touchpoint/stakeholder selling to Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy and Utilities (MLEU) sector customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities within a defined account list and driving them through a structured sales process to close.
    • Identifying growth opportunities within our existing 'on-prem' customer base, working with multiple internal and customer stakeholders to drive sales opportunities for Nasstar cloud solutions and managed services.
    • Developing and progressing pipeline activities across all solutions to secure new orders and contract renewals, underpinning the achievement of KPI's and sales targets.
    • Building and maintaining partner relationships with a focus on Microsoft and AWS sales teams to grow Nasstar relationship stature, lead generation and co-sales opportunities.
    • Working with marketing team internally and the partner team to define, develop and deliver regular campaigns to stimulate new business leads and opportunities for AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud opportunities.
    • Working with our strategic vendor management teams to support and maintain Microsoft and AWS deal registration processes.
    • Writing well-crafted sales proposals that articulate the compelling business case for cloud adoption with Nasstar and delivering presentations that position Nasstar to win.
    • Representing Nasstar at conferences, networking events.
    • Presenting our company to potential clients during meetings or events.

    About You

    • 5 years' experience of a similar role in a managed services, cloud or software provider.
    • Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy and Utilities (MLEU)
    • A track record of working with strategic public cloud technology partners.
    • Experienced in applying strategic account and campaign planning methodologies to achieve continuous revenue growth within the Legal sector.
    • Delivery of large, transformational, cloud opportunities.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Authoritative presentation ability.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
