I am currently looking for a staffing manager for a leading events company in London
Established brand with focus on exceptional guest experience and fresh seasonal catering.
Recruitment and management of all event staff. This includes both agency staff and freelance event managers.

Work with multiple staff agencies to ensure appropriate resources are scheduled for each event while also responsible for negotiating contract rates.

Complete remote and face to face on-boarding of all new freelance event staff including issuing of starter packs and ensure brand training sessions.

Processing staff timesheets and reconciling against client invoicing, for both agency staff and freelance event managers.
Host quarterly meetings with freelance event management team, to discuss feedback and any issues on site at events.
