Job Summary
We are Manchester Local Care Organisation, a new public sector organization merging NHS community health and social care services in the city, aiming to enhance the health of local Manchester residents by collaborating across organizational boundaries. Join our developing Neighborhood team to lead nursing teams providing complex care to adults at home and various community settings. Work closely with the MDT to ensure effective patient care coordination, while developing clinical skills and seizing training opportunities for personal growth. Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and autonomy. The role involves a 7-day service with flexible shift patterns between 8am-10pm, requiring a keen interest in Community Nursing and a drive for service and personal development.
Main Duties of the Job
Hold the relevant CSP Qualification and the necessary community nursing experience. Be a strong communicator, collaborate with health and social care partners, and prioritize patient-centered care while upholding values of pride, respect, empathy, and compassion. Exciting opportunity for a District Nurse with a CSP Qualification to join a dynamic District Nursing Team in Wythenshawe. Collaborate with the Band 7 team leader to ensure top-quality care delivery in homes and residential settings, provide leadership, and mentor colleagues.
