We are now looking for a Management Accountant to support our Financial Team at our Tamworth site on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in overseeing the healthy finances for our company.

Specifically, you will prepare our monthly management accounts, report on monthly balance sheets and provide analytics on our key accounts.

In this key role, you will support processes such as the analysis of P&L and balance sheets, manage the fixed asset register and assist with forecasting and the annual budget processes.


Additionally, you will:

  • Drive improvement and develop our processes
  • Report on business performance
  • Provide suggestions for enhancing our financial operations
  • Support the development of the Finance Team and the Accounts Assistant
  • Encourage staff training and identify areas for development
  • Assist with payroll processing as required

About You
To be considered as a Management Accountant, you will need:

  • At minimum to be part CIMA and/or ACCA qualified and studying for the full qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with colleagues and customers
Ideally, you will have previous account management experience.
