IT Onsite Technician(m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You coordinate and are responsible for the smoothoperation of the office IT systems at the locations in the Colognearea and support our specialists in the areas of network,virtualization, backup and security with tasks on site.
• You optimize the processes in IT onboarding and theprovision of IT workstations as well as conference, presentationand communication systems.
• You act as acontact person for site-specific IT matters and are the interfaceto the individual IT departments, service providers and users.
• You advise the local specialist departmentson IT-specific tasks and support their implementation

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree or training in the field of informationtechnology, IT or a comparable subject.
• Extensive experience with Windows operating systems and hardware(notebooks, PCs, peripherals, network) as well as good knowledge ofMac and iOS devices and systems.
• Fluency inwritten and spoken German and communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work in a team, strongcommunication skills and enjoy working with people.
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Car driver's license (class B).
